Paul Mills:
Paul is a Level 5 Inland BCU coach and a L4 Sea and Open Boat coach and cun deliver BCU Awards from 1-3 star and 4 star leader as well as UKCC Level 1 and 2 coach. Paul lives and works in Ballachulish running Powerboat RIB Treks (www.seaxplorer.co.uk ), a yacht charter company (www.portwayyachtcharters.com) as well as training and assessing Army, Navy and Airforce instructors, leaders and guides in kayaking, canoeing, Climbing, Mountaineering and Skiing. Having worked in the outdoors for 25 years and all over the world there is still no place like home. Fun, play and adventure are what its about and Paul likes to share this with friends and students alike.

Roy Henderson:
Roy is a fully qualified BCU Level 5 coach(Inland) the highest UK award and L4 Sea coach. Roy has been tutored,trained and assessed by someone who tutored,trained and assessed someone very important!!!!. He has paddled all over the world in Canada, Australia,New Zealand and Greenland but his particular love is the stunning coastline of Scotland. A very active sea paddler and when not coaching he is on the water having fun by himself or with mates.
Nick Etheridge:
Nick is one of the directors of G2 outdoor (the nerve centre of Aviemore sea paddling). He is an experienced river and sea paddler and a BCU level 4 coach. He was on the mighty Findhorn trip where a self confesed infamous tutor/trainer and assessor had to be rescued. Nick has a passion for the coastal wildlife especially killing and eating it..... he is an acomplished fisherman and is only to happy to pass his paddling and fishing skills on to our clients.
Mark Ker:
Also a BCU level 4 coach Mark is a keen sea paddler and can often be found undertaking solo expeditions in all parts of the Scotish coastline. A wanabe fisherman Mark caught his first fish off the West Coast of Mull on a recent "staff development" trip.
